Whey Protein

Iron science do seem like the daddy at the moment. The only reason to stick with myprotein is if you're placing an order for other things as well, and also to rack up the tiny amount of points one of your own purchases earns :/

If you do order from MP, don't forget to price match with iron science.

Don't forget that although IS are great at the moment, MP now price beat them so you can get 5kg flavoured for £40.60. That's a great deal, especially if you have any points to chuck in as well. Got myself 10kg yesterday seeing as the prices are going a bit nuts.

TMI dude, TMI.

Isn't that usually a sign of to much Protein? Whenever I get like that I reduce my intake slightly wether its via my diet or shakes and it usually stops.

I must be overloading on protein then! Actually I know I am on loads of protein as I am eating over 1kg of meat a day, lol. All in the name of my bulking. But damn I am wind powered!

Just ordered 2 x 5kg of MyProtein. Will see how this compares to my usual USN brand.. Hopefully it'll calm the flatulence too.

if you want the best tasting proteins and high quality too, try

Myofusion by Gaspari or Ultra Peptide (very very high quality ingredients and manufacturing process) By Xtreme Formulations.

Also the store you were using for branded stuff is way overpriced, check out cheapuksupplements, monster supplements and bodybuildingwarehouse.

I swear holland and barrets own whey has some form of glue mixed into it, even when I had whisked it there were still lumps. I find Myprotein/ muscle fuel / PHD whey shakes to be some of the best for mixing. Musclefuel can be clumpy though but a good proper shake and it gets the job sorted.

When I first started I used H&B whey and I had to use an electric blended to get it smooth.

The whey i've been getting for years now from MyProtein just takes a few shakes
