Whey Protien Question

semi skimmed milk is fine but contains a lot more fat than skimmed. For example if you're taking 5 shakes a day you're going to be consuming 40+grams of fat just in the semi-skimmed milk whereas if you were using skimmed that would be reduced to around 5-6grams.

Depends really which stage you are at. for a beginner i would definately recommend using semi skimmed as you will need this extra fat.

Professional bodybuilders do not like using milk at all :O
