Which 128gb SSD drive?

I have a sudden need for a new drive (the HDD I have is now broke!) so may as well get an SSD ... I will be using it with Win 7 RTM on my laptop for running dev VMs. I was up to speed until a few months ago but am unsure of current stuff ...

Which 128GB (Or therabouts) SSD should I get ... I hope to order this evening!

Budget upto £250 ..

I just ordered (and got a shipment confirmation) a Crucial M225 128gb. At the price there going for seems the logical choice.

Easy the Crucial 128GB there is 1 left in stock their selling like hotcakes. I may end up buying it myself but I really really want the Intel 160GB
