Which 128GB SSD?

Hi all

Which 128GB SSD should I be considering for under £100?

I'm after max speed and reliability for a new build.

I would still recommend the Crucial M4. It may not be quite as fast as others on paper, but in real life there is no difference.

That plus the fact that it is rock solid and it is a doddle to update the firmware, makes it s solid choice.

Samsung 830 or the 840 would be my choice

If you can still find a Samsung 830, that would be my choice, although the M4 is hard to fault. The Intel 330 could be a contender too.

If you could stretch your budget by a few quid, the Samsung 840 Pro and Intel 520 are worth the extra, and come with 5 year warranties.
