Hi, I need a 1TB SATA drive for a new Windows 7 installation.
My motherboard is a gigabyte p35dsl, pretty sure it supports sata 2 and i think sata 3 is backwards compatible so should be ok.
I've narrowed it down to two options:
1)Seagate 7200.12 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB
2)Hitachi 7K1000.c 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB
I'm gonna make it a boot drive but at the same time have a lot of steam games on there.
They both seem around the same spec and same price and both are good reliable makes.
So which 1 is better?
