Which 22" from the following...

I need a new monitor for a second PC. I thought I would take my current 20" and stick it with the new PC and get a larger monitor for my Vista box which is used exclusively for gaming.

I'm trying to stick to £150. Anyone got any experience with any of these?

I was leaning towards the BenQ. Custom PC gave it an OK review specifically mentioning it was fine for games. My current Dell 20" is nothing special but is decent enough for games.
