Which 2GB RAM

Which 2Gb Ram would you recommend to go with these?

When i find ouit a definite answer if these still have D9 chips then id say definitly hands down get this and overclock it.

Already someone says they bought it mid july and it overclocked to 1000mhz. But i still wana check this isn't a very recent change of chips. But OCUK saying "they cant comment" suggest it is a D9 chip.
