Which 2TB storage drive?

I'm after a 2TB drive for file downloading and storage to replace the WD Blue 5400RPM (WD10EZRZ) that failed due to the aggressive head parking which does 100+ Load Cycle Count each day, should I go for 5400 or 7200RPM drive and which brand is more reliable?
