Which 4GB Kit?

I have a DFI ICFX3200 Motherboard and want to put a 2 x 2Gb RAM kit in it. Which do I go for:

G. Skill PQ

The OCZ should overclock to 800mhz so since it's much cheaper I'd go with that

Thanks for that, however I'm not planning to overclock. Will I run into any problems with compatibility between the RAM and the DFI board?
