So i'm jumping the gun a little and i'm getting my crimbo presents in line early and i really (desperately: will sell my 1st born) need a new keyboard.

This thing is just horrible.

Anyway, my 3 choices:

Logitech G11 Gaming-Grade (£40 del (edit just found it cheaper))

Logitech G15 Rev. 2 Gaming-Grade Illuminated Keyboard (£68 del)

Razer Tarantula Advanced Gaming (£55 pickup from LPCS)

Ideazon MERC Stealth Keyboard (£52 del)

Or

Logitech G15 (old version) (£52 del)

All are of course new, so what do people think?

my vote goes to the g15 revision 1, as i personally think its a great keyboard to type on andd look at, the g-keys can be useful and the countless possibilities that the lcd display can be used for is also a benifit (in my oninion). the G11 will be fine if you don't want the lcd display.

Its a front runner.

I do however like the fact i can get the Tarantula for £55, since its about £20 everywhere else, so that feels like a bargain and i'm swaying towards that.

The new G15 looks much nicer than old, but i've read a couple of reviews and its not as good, smaller screen, less G buttons, although i doubt that would be much of a problem for me.

I do like the added hand pad thing on the Merc, which is great for gaming and probably the best once you get used to it.

Really cannot decide.

LYCOSA!

Gibbo mentioned before xmas hopefully, at whatever $79 translates to with the 'lets screw the british' price hike

Just got my hands on a G15 rev 2 and so far im impressed, it gives you loads of info while playing games, even checks emails for you.
