Which ~500gb M.2 SSD?

Looking to pick up a larger SSD for more storage and thought it would be a good idea to put the M.2 slot on my Gigabyte Z170 Gaming 5 to use.

As per the title looking at around 500gb, and it looks like one of these two would be the best for sub £200:

My basket at Overclockers UK:

1 x Samsung PM951 512GB M.2 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe Solid State Drive (MZVLV512HCJH-00000)= £155.99
1 x Intel 600P 512GB M.2-2880 PCI-e 3.0 x 4 NVMe 3D NAND Solid State Drive (SSDPEKKW512G7X1)= £169.99

Total: £334.68
(includes shipping: £8.70)

Leaning towards the Intel due to the higher read speeds and longer warranty at the moment. That being said I don't really know which would be faster as the Samsung has higher IOPs?! I don't understand the terminology fully so apologies for that!

Any thoughts on which one to go for, or something else?

Speeds are slower than those two drives mind.

Thank for the suggestion, I wasn't sure if its worth paying the small amount extra for the extra speed as the MX300 is SATA based?

They will both be fast for reads but the Intel has really bad write speed after the 17GB cache is used(only big transfers hit this). This does not matter most of the time but the PM951 will be faster for writes, think the Intel has 5-year warranty, don’t know about the PM951. I have an Intel 600p 512 and use it for games only, it seems good so far.
