The options are very limited on the reference front.

To be honest with my case and air config heat removal will not be an issue.

Gigabyte G1 if you don't mind paying extra, MSI otherwise.

Only thing that made me go MSI is my Gigabyte 780 Windforce was loud at high fan speeds. I hear the one used on the 970 is better though.

Wicked.

Is the Gigabyte worth the plus £80 over the inno3d?

Be nice to compare the clocking abilities from the 6+6 to 6+8 cards

How come it's £80 more, £40 difference on OCUK. I wouldn't pay an extra £80 for the same GPU unless it was proven to overclock a lot more.

Cus I will be buying two of them and it will be +£40 per card to get the gigabyte one over the one that costs £260.

Id go for ref cooled models for sli. Non ref cards even with good airflow tend to lead to pretty high temps on the top one.

I want to get a 970 with blower cooler as i'll probably add another later on. My choice is limited to the Palit card if I buy from OcUK... Never had a card from Palit before. I'd get the Gainward GTX 970 with blower cooler, but OcUK don't (and won't) stock them :(.

Or I could wait until OcUK get their 970 cards with the Titian cooler, but not sure how long that will be.
