Which 980?

Can someone tell me exactly where the power connections are on this card? http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-204-OK&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1812

They're on the top right of the card... like most cards, here:

Cheers mate that is what I figured and hoped. My current 660 has the connection in the centre of the card and my custom cables are just the right length with little play. With the rear connections on the OCUk then I will gain a bit of slack which is good. saves me 20 quid on a couple custom sleeved cables.

Thanks again.

I still have my 970 G1 sli config at 1440p but worried about resale value and vram issue on future games just dont know what to do.
Was gonna buy two SOC but the price jumped back up to 439 :)
Gibbo how about some awesome deals on the 980's hint hint

Get the SOCs , running two are warm there's no getting away from that , good airflow is needed for a pair . But for one it should be as good as any other 980 within a few c. These cards are sitting at no.1 on Firestrike extreme for 2 cards and both clock up to 1600 MHz ( depending on the bench ) . Wish I'd of grabbed them at 400 , paid 420 each . Would pay the current price but no more . Would think about the g1 from there

I hope the price of the G1 comes back down. Already bitter about the 970's and having to pay top dollar for the G1 980's would also further that feeling.

How does the Strix compare? Is it worth just holding out for the price to drop back on the G1 to a more realistic 470-80?

Thanks
