I’m getting a phone through work which will be used for testing and/or work mobile. The phones in the list are provided via our contact with Vodafone and looking to see which would be better. The list is limited to these as the OS needs to be 4.4.

1. HTC One M8
2. Motorola Moto G
3. Vodafone Smart 4 power

I’ve requested #1 but I get the feeling it’s going to be declined due to the price.

Taking the M8 out of the equation, which of the remaining 2 would be a better choice?
 
+2 for Moto G. Owned mine for several months and hasn't missed a beat.

Currently on 4.4.4 and updates being released for Lollipop at the moment

Doesn't really matter if it's the 1st gen, only major differences between the 1st and 2nd gen is the screen size and camera. Still a pretty smooth phone to use however.
