Which asrock mobo?

This weekend is time for my first build.
I am undecided which asrock mobo to get though. I'm not bothered about SLI or CF as I have an ATI 1900RX and thats plenty. The thing I need the most help on is a good asrock mobo thats gonna whistle away on an Athlon x2 4600 and be able to overclock well. It will have 2GB Kingston 533 & 2 SATA 160GB Seagate Barracuda's.

Any ideas chaps?

I was thinking of the overclocking capabilities of it.

I was thinking on an MSI K9N Ultra maybe as I can get them at cost!

My ASRock Dual Sata has my Opteron 146 sitting happily at 2.8gig, so they're not too bad

i think for the next 6-12 months intel will lead the way in spead. i have been an AMD fan for about 7-8 years and had AMD all the way but the upgrade i am looking at now is going to be intel just check out the benchmarks on some sites way about the AMD x2 and half the price.
