Which bike insurance? Best security measures?

Hi. I recently had my bike stolen from work, so going to get another one (decent one) but want to insure it.

Whats the best insurance to take and what are good locks etc?

In which case, a big chain along with a disc lock perhaps?
At my work I just use a disc lock, only because the receptionist can see my bike out of the window!

Assuming motorcycle an Almax Chain and a Disc Lock should do the trick. I'm on my second alarmed disc lock and they're a PITA so just go with a regular one.

If you are chatting bicycles go with a Kryptonite D lock.

An Almax chain would likely double the weight of the bicycle!

Almax chain, lock to an object e.g lampost and get a disc lock. Anything to make it harder for them to get to it.
