Which budget TV out of these?

I've got some money to spend on a TV now SKY Q is on the way!

I've read the Panasonic TX50EX700B for £500 is very good and widley popular, however I did go into Argos earlier and came across LG 49UJ651V which looked amazing.

I do gaming via XBOX ONE X and mainly sports and boxsets.

Which one is the better tv?

Room is fairly small and I sit maybe 6-7ft away from the TV.

I got the TX58EX700B when on the black friday £599 offer.

Hugely underrated set this last 12 months and in richer sounds demo I had (50+58 sizes tested) it held its own against significantly more expensive TVs. I was all set to spend £1200+.

Unless you are an AV obsessive where you play top trumps with specs and you have to have perfect calibration otherwise you have failed at life; it's great.

For me, and this was in cinema 1080+4k tests through to standard/HD TV there was no benefit in getting anything different from the EX700B until going OLED/QLED etc
