Which Card?

Hey guys,

Ive been looking at getting a new graphics card for under £50, no more.
So far after comparing the similar priced NVIDIA and AMD ones I thought the 6570 would be my best bet?

The games I play are not massive on graphics (EVE Online and Supreme Commander) so would that card be ok?

If anyone has any suggestion on what card to use I would be very grateful

6670 is faster and can be had for simliar price:

But if you don't mind 2nd hand, you would be much more worthwhile to get a GTX460 1GB or 6850 for £60, as they are around 80-100% faster than the 6670.

With that said, the two games you mention can be quite CPU taxing as well, so if your CPU was slow, it wouldn't help to have a GTX460 or 6850.

Agree with Marine, you'll get a lot more bang for your buck by going 2nd hand, that's providing the previous owner has smashed the **** out of it.
