Which card?

Depends what you want them for.
For a HTPC with very little gaming being done then fine go for whichever fits the best.
 
If you plan on gaming with a gpu budget of ~£60, then you'll get much more for your money buying a second hand or b grade graphics card. Those cards you've posted above won't be much good for anything but the least graphically demanding titles. Depends on what you intend on playing I suppose.
 
4gb of video memory is wasted on the 730 for gaming, as it doesn't have the processing power to make good use of it.

As above, second hand / b-grade is where my money would go.

Both crap,

Better of spending a tiny bit more and going for at least a GTX 750. If you can stretch further an R9 270.. Or buy a used card from MM. Bets way to get most for your money.
