which cheapest intel cpu for visualization?

DOn't think so. I think its the chip that supports Virtualisation extensions not the motherboard. In that case any recent C2D, C2Q or Phenom will do it well.
 
You need an E6xxx E8xxx Q6xxx or Q9xxx desktop cpu wise. Pretty sure most decent S775 boards support it I would personally go for something with an Intel chipset say P35.
