Im looking to getting into more racing games and thought a wheel might be fun for me and my son ,looking for a wheel and pedals combo

dont really wanna spend much as i doubt i play it that often

which ones are worth looking at for 360 ?

so avoid that one then ? whats the official MS one like ?
It's alright, I have one. I'm not sure for me it was worth the £69.99 though, it's got rather a large volume of dust on it. My mate's £150 thrustmaster (or was it logitech? :p) for his PS3 is pretty good.

Still, it's a fair bit more difficult than using the normal controller!

Personally I'd say you're better off with a pad than a cheapo wheel, the official MS one is merely 'ok', the pedals have no stiffness to them, FFB is a bit poor and the wheel itself just doesn't feel that solid but it's certainly the best of the 'cheap' ones.

Saying that, my comments are from someone who uses a G25 regularly which is a whole different league to the cheapo wheels, a whole different price level too so kinda understandable :p

And obviously if you're not really going to use it much then the Fanatec which must be by far the best wheel for the xbox is a waste of money...

Get a 2nd hand Official MS wheel they are really quite good if you're not comparing them to a 250 quid wheel.
I have a Black Momo for my PC & the MS wheel for my 360, It really depends what game you play as to how the FF works, Dirt 2 has the best feedback of any game I've played on the 360 but Forza 3 & F1 are still Must have racers when you have a wheel.
