It does but if you have a graphics card which takes up 2 slots, then you will lose (cover up) one, which will not be the case with first 2 boards I linked. If you have a single slot graphics card, it won't be a problem.
Thing is, if you aren't overclocking, then the high OC abilities of the board may be a bit wasted, as will the fancy copper heatpipes. Still, there's no doubt it's a stable, well liked board, so if you like it & think it's worth the extra cash, why not ?
