which combo?

Getting a new PC soon but am a bit confused as which route I should take out of these two:

1gb ram and a 7800gt

or

2gb ram and a 6800gs

prices work out about the same on each combination.

Will be playing BF2 most of the time, when I used to play before it struggled to load with 1gb ram.

tough choice, as most people who play BF2 say 2Gig ram.

Apart from the resolution question what is the rest of the specification going to be? Specifically the CPU as there may not be much point pairing a 7800gt with a slow CPU.
