Which compression to use?

Unsure which one to get, i like the xspc as they are slightly lower profile....

Brilliant answer, i was set on the ek's but started looking at the xspc and sort of needed a kick up the bum.

XSPC until we know if OcUK have sorted out the stock issue with the 7/16 black EK compressions.

If you want black compressions the Koolance 7/16 fittings are only about 40p more per fitting than the EK...

I wouldn't trust EK when it comes to nickel plated parts not even the EN stuff, they've started putting a disclaimer in with their blocks saying that distilled water might corrode them so I wouldn't trust them... sounds like a company covering their backs.

most likely not

they do look cool though and work a treat cant comment on the xspc ones.

I use EK compressions and have not run into any problems with them.

I've now used EK, XSPC, Swiftech, Bitspower, Alphacool, Phobya and Koolance. Tbh I've found them all faultless so unless I'm just lucky they all seem Ok.
I would pick whatever ones fit your budget and you like the look of.
