Which cooling fan

hey up folks need some advice i have the intel q6600 95w version and have the stock cooler and its terrible i have not even clocked the cpu and its running at 40 according to asus probe but core temp says core 1 and 2 are at 50 and 3 - 4 are at 40.

ive got a budget of about £40 - £45 for air cooling ive seen some good ones im not really going to be overclocking but will be doing loads of digital video and possibly gaming and ill be using this system daily so need something reliable. im considering the following coolers.

Tuniq Tower 120-LFB CPU
Noctua NH-U12F CPU Cooler
Zalman CNPS9700-LED CPU Cooler

the three above all fall in to my price catergory and all have had good review just want some more input.

I believe the Noctua is the quietest of those (certainly mine is whisper quiet) while the Tuniq gives the best cooling potential. If you're not planning on going big on overclocking, the Noctua seems the natural choice.
 
cheers mr jack to be honest i dont think i will even over clock its just this intel stock hsf is ***** me off as today i nocked the case with my knee and the fan clips are so **** they were loose and the temps were rising and i dont want to be fighting with a hsf everyday
