Which CPU fan?

I'm looking at getting an Intel Core 2 Duo E4300 1.86Ghz processor and will be wanting to overclock it.

I want sufficient cooling, but also as silent as I can get it.

What heatsink/fan would you recommend?

EDIT: Under £20 if possible
