Which CPU fan?

Intel 4820K 3.70GHz (Ivybridge-E) Socket LGA2011 Processor
MSI X99S SLI Plus Intel X99 (Socket 2011) DDR4 ATX Motherboard
Corsair Carbide 200R Compact ATX Case

Which fan should I be getting for the CPU? I'm a little lost on sizes etc. Budget £25-£50. Something like this OK?

Also, do they come with thermal paste typically or should I buy separate?

Are you sure the CPU and board work together? as im not 100% convinced.

Coolers come with thermal paste.
