Which cpu is better?

Doing a reinstall/repair on a mate/the bosses pc
Replaced a qtec psu,and doubled the ram to 1gig
Sempron 2800 is in there now and i have a xp 2000 processor in stock
Is it a better chip than the sempron?

the sempron is running at 2000mhz and 166bus the xp is running at 1667 and 133 bus.........I guess that gives the answer

Why not O/C it and get yourself a promotion - the semproms o/c well.

Carp board mate no o/c settings
aall done and delivered now anyway doubled the ram and fitted another case fan
He is happy enough
