Hi, i'm looking to update the cpu+motherboard and spend no more than £200, amd or ati doesn't really matter to me as far as it's the best value for money, asking advice here as last time i took the wrong decision (or maybe not for the budget) as you can see from my system:
-Intel Pentium Dual Core E6600 Socket 775 3.06GHz 1066FSB 2MB Cache
-Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2P G41 Socket 775 DDR3
-Crucial 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333MHz/PC3-10600 Memory Kit CL9 1.5V
-Seagate 500GB 3.5" Barracuda SATA-III 6Gb/s Hard Drive - 7200RPM
-Powercool Modular 450W PSU 80+ Dual 12V V2.2
-PNY XLR8 GeForce GTX 550 Ti OC
Possibly something that allow OC, can run on the old PSU and maybe the possibility to add a 2nd GPU in the near future, and the system it's for gaming and will update the rest slowly (4 months old
)
I mostly play Starcraft 2 and Battlefield 3 if that matters.
Thanks
