Which custom ROM do you use?

There is no official AKOP on the SGS2. It is built/Kanged by a member of the SGS2 community & on top the CM9 base. No CM9 No AKOP basically :)

The K in AKOP gives it away ;) Kanged.
 
It's a name, not a description :) Cyanogen isn't the only one that works on CM9 :)

Also, what I'm saying is, there was an AOKP before there was a CM9 on the Nexus...
 
unfortunately the op didn't specify which device, and neither did you, so a blanket statement that AOKP is CM9 isn't correct.

Edit: to be fair, the guy above you did, your statement is still quite broad.
