I don't fully understand how the different storage configuration modes work so thought i would ask. I have been running with it set to IDE but now im ready to do a fresh OS install i wasn't sure if i would see any benifit from choosing one of the other options, the options being IDE, RAID or AHCI.
My spec is in my sig, however i no longer use Raid 0 for my HDD's
