Hi , which are the best e-atx cases at the moment, i know of the Corsair 800D but the overall size puts me off a bit , the 650 D wont take an E-ATX motherboard ,am i right in thinking this, thanks in advance

It sure is I think Antec started to listen to the customers on this one. My OH is thinking of getting into a small build herself and I will be ordering this case for her next week might do a mini review of it myself

I have a coolemaster T101 the thing is huge and takes anything and I mean it. Had it when fully loaded with a etx sulltrail dual cpu baord. with 2 3x120mm radiators front and bottom, crossfire cards, water pump, resavior, 2 psu's top and lower and full drive cages with crossflow fan all mounted inetrnally and incredably neat( dont know why they stopped with these crossflow fans on newer cases probably cost its the best watercooled case idea it ever blows cold aire directly over the motherbaord in a direct fashion from the front with a radical tall fan design there has never been a better solution for silent watercooled builds. It weights a silly amount tho and I mean silly you have to install casters to move it around I can barly lift it and im 6ft1 and not small.

I have had many cases over the years and installed in many others but I always have my premium build in this tusty old stacker T101. They can be had quite cheap for a top of the range case its crazy considering what they cost when new back in 2004 as its seen as old tech for a case in todays line up. However it has everything for a watercooler or extreme overclocker even vented floor for leaky pumps or resaviors if you ever spill some with internal refilling no longer a worry. Full 14 dust filters and aluminium frame removable drive tray x flow fan and stupid amount of bays fbasy 14 5 inch and up to 9 3inch or east mod for ssd in total with zero modding! now 2nd hand or new its the best case Coolemaster have made to date or infact any company. ive used antec dark fleets as well as newer collemaster haf-x and its still my stacker t101 that my top kit goes in beter case flow period no amount of 240 mm fans can do what a crossflow fan can. (Please Bring it back) Coolemaster

I have mine with transparant window so you can see my watercooling.

People will reccomend you all sorts but to date this is the best case I have worked with and I build a fair few systems with e atx boards as I make rendering rigs and small servers. wont be easy to find but that is best e atx board there is or has been to date. i challange anyone here who owns one to name a better case. All those who have ever had the privillage to own one dont get rid of it even when temped by shiny new cases. Its the neat internal build case of choice did i mention removable motherbaord tray as well. List goes on you get the idea by now. LEGENDARY CASE AND A DEFINITE THEY DONT MAKE THEM LIKE THEY USED TO MOMENT IT WAS THE CONCORDE/THRUST SSC/MACLAREN F1 OF CASES MONEY NO OBJECT MAKE IT THE BEST IT CAN BE.

Think im off to make a legandry case thread starting with this stacker t101 pick one up if you can find one but it would be a silly man to put his up for sale you cant get a replacement that ticks this many boxes.

im out rant over
