To be honest I don't mind paying more if they don't break so easily. Any suggestions?there's loads, but they will cost about twice what you pay for the cheap stuff.

They are different beasts and really different hobbies.I think I might get a filament printer as my first go, will try larger models and scenery. Once im up to speed might evolve to resin.
Siraya Tech ABS or Tough apparently is good.To be honest I don't mind paying more if they don't break so easily. Any suggestions?
If money is no object then Amera labs TGM-7, if you don't mind losing a bit of detail you can go full ABS like resin from like of Siraya Tech or SUNLU.To be honest I don't mind paying more if they don't break so easily. Any suggestions?
Thanks. Perfect )If money is no object then Amera labs TGM-7, if you don't mind losing a bit of detail you can go full ABS like resin from like of Siraya Tech or SUNLU.
Best balance is probably mixing ABS like with a high quality regular resin. Gives the mini more durability while retaining the high pigments of the more detailed resins.
Phrozen Aqua 4k/8K with 10-15% Phrozen Onyx Impact - probably 2nd best but still expensive.
Phrozen Aqua 4K/8K with Sunlu ABS Grey 50:50 or maybe 30:70
Most standard resins are like glass although highly detailed they are only good for something that is on display.
I've not found that to be the case and I have butter fingers! got some brilliant resins too currently using a clear red that is beautifulresin 3d printing is great for minis, but they are so damn fragile, drop them once and something will break off
has anybody found a resin that is more durable?
