which ergonic wrist rest? im starting to develp RSI

Seek medical advice. Improper use of wrist supports can cause more issues than they solve.
 
Simple solution, seeing as the issue is actually caused by having your wrists on the desk... lift your arms up.

You should always type with your arms elevated.
 
Go to a doctor as soon as possible! I screwed the tendons up in my wrist about 3 months ago now and it still hurts to do anything strenuous with that hand.. I put off going to the doctors for a month thinking it would get better but it didn't and when I did eventually go in, he said I should have gone in straight away as I've made things worse.

I've had to wear a support for the last two months, lay off doing weights at the gym and just generally use my hand for as little as possible.. Only now is it starting to hurt less!
 
I've got the whole shebang pretty bad, have had it for years due to being a drummer and using the computer a lot.

You gotta sit upright, back straight, take regular breaks, get good exercise and see a doctor if it gets much worse. Physios are awesome but they don't want to see you if it's clear you're not trying to help yourself.
