Which external 2.5" hard drive

im thinking of getting a 250-320gb 2.5" portable hard drive. Can anyone recommend a reliable drive.
Have been looking at a Buffalo Portable Hard Drive TurboUSB - Ministation Turbo i belive it has a samsung drive in.
I ve also been looking at a Verbatim but i think they have been having vista issues and not sure which manufacturer provide there hard drives.

If it were me I'd buy a separate enclosure and select my own drive to put in it. Something like:

Drive speed is a bit irrelevant for external drives communicating via USB, most any will easily saturate the max speed of USB2.0. If you want to try your luck with eSATA then it can do that too.

Yes but the buffalo has a 250gb Samsung 2.5" 5400-rpm 8MB drive in it for 50quid
Can get a 320gb for £63.
Which driver are most reliable?
