i've just built a sugo rig and can't get 3 hard disks in.

I've got a raptor boot disk and a 400gb samsung data disk. I've also got another 400gb disk sat here which i can't use.

a decent caddy will cost me £40 so i may aswell get a ready made kit so to speak.

Would prefer firewire i think as it would be quicker than usb2?

Firewire is probably going to be quicker but there don't seem to be any SATA firewire caddies about. Do you have eSATA or a spare onboard SATA port and a spare expansion slot?

If you're set on firewire then you'll need either an IDE disk or go for a pre-built solution. However I doubt the speed difference between USB and Firewire is enough to warrant losing money on the disk - I get 35Mb/s or so out of my USB external disk.

EDIT: Just found a SATA Firewire caddy but OCUK don't stock it, they only have the USB/eSATA version
