I agree with you. Had it for a day then sent it back.... The previous 2 games and the likes of X-Men vs Street Fighter were so much better and rewarding!

I love 3S, prefer AE2012 though. Also really enjoy HDR, play it offline mostly though with friends.

i dont really care if you like umvc3 or not, because almost player started with sf4 doesnt like it, since they cant handle the chaotic nature of a mvc game (heck this is slow compare to mvc2).

you should play more hdr! i think its a great game in terms of ease of control (aka reversal timing and buffer window), pace and old school sf2 gameplay.

Yeah you're right, I bought it (along with all the other SF games) for PSN before I bought my 360. I'd love to buy it for XBL but it's 1200 ms points =( Have been kind of hoping it would come down to 800, I may have to bite the bullet sooner or later though if you're thinking of doing a tournament for it.

There aren't really any bad fighting games this generation. Avoid Battle Fantasia and King of Fighters XII and you should be good.

it was on offer a while back for 400 points. anyway i doubt i will get enough interest to start a hdr tourney. i bet only myself, kreeeee, lucifer and artheas will enter. it will be nice if more people are interested though.

Yeah, I would always be up an HDR tourney but there just isn't enough interest. HDR is where I feel most at home with a fighting game, a game which actually rewards attacking play.

While I like SF4 and its iterations, it can be frustratinng at times.

SF4 AE seems the best all rounder, if you aren't worried about online, give the new MK a go.

Avoid Tekken 6, it just doesn't compete.
