Which game to buy Portal 2 or Duke Nukem Forever ???

Portal 2 hands down.
At £14.99 its a no brainer.
If DNF was 14.99 too then it would be more of a debate, but £30 for DNF is daylight robbery for an under par game, wait for when it shows up in the £5 bargain bin, which will be about a week from now

Duke is by far and away the better game. Portal is a glorified tech demo. end of.

I would say Portal 2. Its a better game overall, though it is rather short once you know how to complete all the test chambers.

i completed portal 2 in about 3 hours, and was totally unimpressed with the lack of originality, and difficulty in the puzzles. I would say if you want a game that will last you a while, get duke.

Portal 2 hasn't got much replay value and doesn't take long to complete either.

However, it has been my favourite game of the year so far. It's genuinely laugh out loud funny and kept me hooked from start to finish.

I would definatly say Portal 2. Single player is great fun, but coop is even more fun.

I disagree 100%, you must have seriously rushed it if you completed it that fast and missed all the good bits and hidden humour.

If you call Portal 2 unoriginal, I'd love to see what you call original. No doubt the latest Call of Duty or something.

If you want a game that should have come out 7 years a go and is filled with 13 year old humour , go for the Duke, if you want a more mature actually funny game experience, go for Portal 2. It has some of the best voice acting in any game I've played.

I find it very hard to believe that anyone could complete the SP portion of Portal 2 in 3 hours. I don't think it's possible.

well it is very possible mate, because dispite what people "believe" I have done it, and I didnt rush through it. I just didn't find it hard.

I found portal 2 to be bland, and stephen merchants isnt funny in game or otherwise, he just sounds like a **** all the time.
Still i havent played Duke yet, so it could be a lot worse.
