Which gaming headset or headphones do you use for gaming?

I find my Roccat Kaves friggin awefull for more than an hour, the head band doesnt seem the right angle and digs in my the top of my head :D

Other than that there pretty good sound quality wise

I know what you mean.

My nephew has a pair of these: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SP-091-CL&groupid=702&catid=1058&subcat=1719

And for the price, there a nice pair of headphones. A little heavy on the base for my liking, but still good sound quality over all. And he's had them for about a year now, and they are still working well. And he can be a bit heavy handed with his headphones...I've noticed over the last couple of years.

A friend of mine has those Creative headphones and in my opinion they are of lower quality compared to the Microsoft ones I posted. Seriously some good stuff, and I have a pair of Bose headphones to compare them to.

Switched from razor sc2 onto roccat kave 5.1, love it, but its giving me huge bumps on the top of my head.

Probably down to the weight, and myself not being used to it (happy to keep it).

The sound is much better than my previous one, and will get even better when I switch to a dedicated sound card,

I dont have a gaming headset as such.....I just use my Sennheiser HD418s for music and or my HD 418s for games they were both around £50..and for music on the go I have a little set of in ear Sennheiser CX475..( although they are stuffed as I dropped them into my cup of tea :( ,I know none of the above are considered high end headphones..but the sound quality is very good

JVC RX700's awesome for the price I got them at (£35), had them coming upto 3 years now and they haven't missed a beat. Still strong, padding is still good too. Awesome sound with some amazing high pitches and if you have something to give them a bit of oomfppfff (fiio e5 does it) they can have some mighty ear slapping bass!

So good I'll be ordering me another pair for when these do fall apart.

I like "Creative" company of multimedia. I usually use its electronic components for gaming or movies sort of purposes. I have woofers of this company which are giving me the best performance.;)
