I need some advice please!
Scenario:
1. Just got BDC-202 Blu-Ray drive and want to watch Blu-Ray movies on PC, but would also like to have the capability to view on larger LCD TV at a later stage.
2. Have a TFT Monitor with DVI connection, currently connected to GeForce 7600GS (Dual DVI).
3. Approx £75 to spare.
Can someone recommend me a good Graphics Card that meets my requirements please?
I've been looking at The HD2600XT (RV630XT) GDDR4 256MB - any comments?
Would appreciate any feedback.........cheers.

for £10 more than your budget you can get the 3850PRO (RV670PRO), massively better than RV630.

ATi also announced HD3830, which should be right in your price range when launched and should offer great perfrmance. I would avoid the 34xx series altogether to be honest as they just dont offer as good value for money.

Funny you mentioned that as I have just been looking at the HD 3650 512MB DDR2 (£46), or the HD 3650 256MB DDR3 (£55), can you advise me on the better of the two please?

If you will only be using this for general windows use and blu-ray/media stuff then there's no point in getting anything more expensive than a 34xx

Fair comment, and with what I have and the PowerDVD Ultra, will I then be able to watch Blu-ray then?
I would like to know about the memory though More DDR2 Vs Less DDR3.
Could someone have a look at the HD 3650 512MB DDR2 card and let me know what they think?

Apart from the obvious, can someone tell me the difference between:
1. Sapphire HD3650 256MB GDDR3
2. Asus HD3650 256MB DDR3
Also, which would you go for and why?
Cheers.

Depends what you call obvious.

The Sapphire has 2 year warranty and the Asus 3 years.

Sapphire has the ATI stock cooler on and is only single slot I beleive whereas the Asus has it's own bigger (and better?) cooler but it takes up two slots.
