Which hard drive?

I have a choice of the following:

Hitachi 0A31636 Deskstar T7K250 250GB SATA II 7200rpm 8mb - £46.72

Western Digital WD2500JS Caviar SE 250GB 7200RPM SATA2/300 8MB Cache - OEM - £47.00

Western Digital WD2500KS Caviar SE 250GB 7200RPM SATA2/300 16MB Cache - OEM - £48.17

Seagate ST3250820AS 250GB 7200RPM SATA300 8MB Cache - OEM - £48.25

Maxtor STM3250820AS 250GB 7200rpm SATAII 8MB Cache - OEM - £48.43

I am tending towards the 16MB Cache WD drive, but i have heard people have had problems with reliablity and that it doesn't last as long as other drives.

What do people think?

Which drive should i get? I need the fastest most reliable drive out of those.

Reliable? Not the Maxtor then.

Seagate for me without a hesitation

Don't forget volume. Some drives can become a real pain if they are too noisy. My last 2 seagates were very loud clickers even when stuck in noise abating cages.

As above although I'd be going for the 16Mb version of the Seagate that OCUK do. I've just picked up a couple of 320Gb versions of the Seagate and their a fair bit quicker than the T7K250s I also have.
