Which hard drive?

I'm after a new drive after the last one died!

I purchased a WD 500gb drive about 4 months ago for a friend that has been great so far AFAIK.
Also used a Seagate 7200.10 drive that has been ok.

I've also heard good things about the Samsung drives.

Currently what's the best to go for?

Looking for 500gb - 750gb.
