which hard drive do you lot recommend ? , 320gb-500gb in size is the size i would like . which are fast and are not noisy and has 16mb cache ?

The Samsung F1 320Gb is a great drive - it's got a single platter so should be plenty fast enough and is well regarded around here along with the WD Blue 320GB.
For 500Gb drives I would say that the WD Black 500Gb is the cream of the crop at the mo.
If energy saving is more your thing then there are drives from both manufacturers which should suit... the Samsung F2EG 500Gb (but this is only a 5400rpm drive so is slightly slower) or the WD Green 500Gb.
Depending on your needs, usage etc they're all great drives - take your pick!
