Which HD? (Samsung vs Seagate)

i've got 50£ to spend on a new 250gb hard drive and i've narrowed it down to these two:

Samsung SpinPoint P SP2504C 250GB SATA-II 8MB Cache - OEM

Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ST3250620AS SATA-II 16MB Cache - OEM

I've heard that some of the seagate are very noisey, but it has the extra cache and besides the noise issue i've heard good things about them. The samsung is supposed to be quieter though so i'm not sure, which would u go for?

i think i'll go for the samsung as i don't want to gamble on getting a noisey seagate with a bad motor (http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17650340), and i'm sure they are both pretty fast compared to what i have now
