Which HD to choose ?

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 500GB SATA 6Gb/s 16MB Cache for 53 quid

Hitachi Deskstar 7K1000.D 1TB SATA 6GB/s 32MB Cache for 80 quid

Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6Gb/s 64MB Cache for just 6 quid more


Stuck between choosing the 2nd or 3rd one twice the capacity for only 6 quid more.Which one should i choose ?
