Which HDD manufacture?

Scanning eBay for second hand HDDs for my Unraid server.

I can go SATA or SAS. Will be used for Plex media. All important data is also backed up on cloud accounts.

I've been looking at HGST / Toshiba but they are more expensive than Seagate. There are thousands of Seagate drives available, but have read they have a high failure rate. There seems to be a few different versions of Seagate available. Are the Constellation drives better than the others?

Any suggestions?

Why not just buy new external drives and shuck them? WD 14TB drives have been as low as £169 in the past couple of weeks.

This is a low budget build, unfortunately I can't afford to spend that much at the moment
