Which hot hatch has the best tuning potential?

I still don't understand why it's fine for scott212 to have two accounts - surely they can be merged if he knows the email address from the original account?

No, it doesn't. Your insurance is never void, and they can never worm out of paying for a third party claim because of this.

I guess they can avoid paying out for your car, but if you can remove the map at any point (not that they are likely to check anyway), what is the problem?
 
You might not be in a position where you can remove the map if something did happen. Its your choice I dont care what you do, fact of the matter is, its a risk you take and you could potentially be risking voiding your insurance
 
Life is all about weighing up risks. :)

The risk of not being able to remove it (it'd have to be serious, if I, nor a friend couldn't remove it) I feel is offset by the chance of them actually checking :)

Of course, in future, I'd just choose an insurance company that were mod friendly. :)

what you can face is them having to pay out this and that... and then coming after you to pay it all back to them :eek:

The other one hasn't been active for years. I emailed dons/admin etc and explained the situation at the time but never received a reply. I'm not really doing anything unlawful!

If it's all above board why did you deny it for ages until somebody proved both were you? It's blatantly obvious you wanted to rid yourself the reputation you had as a fantasist by coming back with a new account with a totally different name :p
