Which iPad did you buy the Cellular or WiFi only ?

Living on a very small island leaves us with very limited choices :(

I pay £82 per month for 60mb home broadband & my 20GB phone data (can't remember how many minutes & texts)
 
I have always had cellular iPads. The WIFI only iPads do not have GPS chips, which I need. I don't actually use a sim in it though, I just tether to my iPhone if I need data on it when out and about.
