I'm looking to upgrade my ram from some cheapo 2 x 1gb sticks to some better stuff but don;t know which of the followmh kits is better as i'm not up to speed (pardon the pun) with ram specifications.

I guess the 8500 stuff but i still ahve no idea. I would prefer to stick with OCZ and would like a 4gb kit for Vista Ultimate 64 which i currently hvae installed. My current specs are below. Sorry it's a bit long winded as I just copy and paste it:

I don't plan on overclocking the system at the present time but maybe a few months after getting a new ram kit then I will post either on here or another place to help me start on overclocking as I am extremely new to that!
I will appreciate any assistance you guys (or gals) could give me!
