Which ISP over the phone line

like i said i must get the number (now using cable and no phone line)

It takes postcodes too. If fast.co.uk are correct in saying that the most you can get is 512kbps, it's all you'll get from any ADSL ISP - but it's extremely unlikely, unless you're in the back of beyond or at the end of a very poor quality line.

funny on various sites i get ...Your line support up to 1MB and on the other ...U can get up to 8Mb.
On samknows there is that Plymouth is ADSL max enabled, but this is not enough? i mean if its here so there must be everywhere(cover all region) or no? And on same page Entanet not available when Fast said OK but slow :| pfff confusing

i just checked and you're only 600 odd metres from the exchange. now although that doesn't guarantee you'll get maximum speeds, i'm sure you'll get a lot faster than 512k. i guess you'll have to wait until you have a phoneline to find out though.

TY i tried to look somewhere how far from exchange i will be but I failed :(
I thinking the same ...i try to get new number before 1 January maybe and then i could check with ADSL24/Fast/PlusNET maybe.

The exchange being enabled for Max doesn't mean you'll get 8Mbps - it just means you can get up to 8Mbps. There's no guarantee with ADSL, because it depends significantly on the length and quality of your phone line.
